High-Density Core Material
The core material of our wall panels has a high density (PIR: 40±2 kg/m³; Rock wool: 100-140 kg/m³, with a low thermal conductivity (PIR≤0.022 W/m·K; Rock wool ≤0.040 W/m·K. Therefore, it can achieve excellent heat insulation performance without generating thermal Bridges. These sturdy wall panels support a variety of post-installation accessories and require minimal maintenance, mainly due to their moisture-proof properties. And it is lightweight, pressure-resistant (≥130 kPa), waterproof, but fire resistance requires additional treatment. Rock wool core material has excellent fire resistance (non-combustible, meeting GB8624 grade A) and strong sound absorption effect (reducing noise by more than 50 dB). PIR is suitable for applications that prioritize energy conservation, such as cold chain logistics. Rock wool is ideal for scenarios with high requirements for fire prevention and sound insulation, such as food processing plants. Both are FM certified to ensure safety and durability.
